About The Role
As a Spa Receptionist at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you are an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, responsible for creating memorable wellness experiences through personalized service and operational excellence. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) offered on a permanent contract, with a schedule aligned to the operational needs of the Spa. You will work closely with Spa Therapists, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding guest journey.

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests and managing the spa check-in and check-out process in a professional and friendly manner.
Handling guest payments, billing inquiries,



cash balancing, and daily closing procedures.
Monitoring daily appointments and proactively managing scheduling adjustments when required.
Supporting administrative tasks, including reporting, filing, inventory coordination, and operational follow-up.
Maintaining the reception area and guest facilities to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
QualificationsQualifications & RequirementsPrevious experience in a spa, wellness center, luxury hotel, or hospitality reception role.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general administrative tasks.
Flexibility to adapt to operational needs, including weekends and holidays when required.
