About the Role
As our first Product Analyst, you will be the data partner of our product team, helping us decide what to build, what to fix, and what to stop. This role suits someone curious, autonomous, and hands-on: you define the KPIs, build the dashboards, run the analyses, and follow your insights through to what ships.
You'll be responsible forDefining, tracking, and owning the metrics that matter across our apps: activation, retention, monetization, and LTVBuilding and maintaining dashboards and reports that product, marketing, and leadership actually useAnalyzing the performance of onboarding flows, paywalls, and pricing, and measuring the impact of product changesAnalyzing user behavior and funnels to spot drop-offs, opportunities,



and root causesTranslating raw data into clear hypotheses and prioritized recommendations for the product roadmapSupporting the launch of new apps with early-signal analysis and validationCollaborating with product, engineering, design, and marketing to ship fast and iterate fasterUsing AI tools to speed up analysis, research, and reportingAbout YouAcademic backgroundDegree in a quantitative or technical field: Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or similarWhat we're looking for1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, ideally in a consumer app or subscription business.
Strong SQL and a solid grounding in statistics and experimentation.
Experience with analytics and BI tools (for example Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau). An eye for good UI/UX and well-crafted product experiences.
CommunicationClear, structured communicator who can turn complex data into simple stories and recommendations.
