* Edit and manage jobs (Exports/Imports) within the Transportation Management System (TMS), performing detailed "Routing Checks" to optimize transport modes (airplane, car, train, etc.).
* Oversee and prepare collected/received shipments for EUL-route processing, including pre-advising shipments.
* All Stations Emails, Holiday Lists, Ops-Memos).
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) and applicable laws.
* Manage the sorting area, including packaging, supplies, and cooling media inventory.
* Build and maintain relationships with key contractors and transport partners, including airlines, handling agents, rail operators, customs officials, veterinarians, and suppliers. Preliminary Actions* Prepare and precondition packaging materials and cooling media for shipments.




* Mark and label shipments in compliance with all applicable regulations.
* HWB, MAWB, import/export permits, live animal certificates, dangerous goods declarations, etc.).
* Verify transport documents to ensure compliance with ADR/IATA-DGR standards. Customs Formalities* Handle all customs formalities for both import and export, including: + Calculating customs duties and taxes, and entering them into WorldStar. + Submitting customs declarations (electronically or via internet) at the responsible customs office using systems like ATLAS/NCTS (export declaration), verbal customs declaration (low-value clearance), or CARNET procedures. .
