Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineer in the Accounting squad, you will help shape the technical direction and lead complex initiatives for reliable financial systems supporting bookkeeping and month-end close.
You collaborate with product, design, accounting specialists and other engineers to translate business needs into robust architectures.
You'll drive architecture decisions, raise engineering standards, and own end-to-end delivery from discovery to production.
This role combines hands-on development with strategic impact in a fast-growing fintech environment.

• Strong expertise in TypeScript, backend with Node.js

• Experience leading complex technical initiatives from discovery to production
• Ability to communicate trade-offs clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High autonomy, ownership and influence beyond implementation
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards
