THE JOURNEY Creative Ownership you'll negotiate deadlines and manage expectations.
Workflow Coordination: Manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and potential delegations of tasks to a freelancer to ensure no deadline is ever missed.
Collaborative Synergy: Partner closely with stakeholders to execute rapid-fire requests, managing the full lifecycle of feedback and iterations with a focus on speed and results.
Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Must have: Technical Mastery: You are an expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Canva.
Academic you thrive under pressure and can pivot quickly to accommodate last-minute changes.
Professional Resilience: You are humble, growth-oriented, and see feedback rounds as a way to learn and sharpen your craft.
Communication Skills: You can explain design decisions clearly to non-creatives and have the confidence to manage stakeholder "asks" effectively.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role working within external channels.




Nice to have: Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to bring static designs to life with motion, or previous experience coordinating workflows and mentoring junior designers.
