In this role, you will act as the bridge between client needs, business goals, and our internal Centers of Excellence, leading the creation of strategic, innovative, and winning solutions for global clients. Drive the development of compelling proposals and RFP responses, aligning contributions from Technology, Delivery, Legal, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders. Manage multiple strategic pursuits simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales Support, or similar roles within large organizations.
Data & Analytics Knowledge of delivery models such as Managed Services, Outcome-Based Services, and similar frameworks. Experience working with international clients and distributed global teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Jira, and Confluence. Fluent English (written and spoken). Fluent German. Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as PMI, ITIL, Cloud certifications, AI certifications, or other relevant technology credentials.
