We're looking for an International Recruiter to join the Worldwiders team and help grow our integral client network.

What you'll do
You'll run full-cycle 360 recruitment
- from business development to placement
- building and owning your own client portfolio across international markets. Monday kick-off meeting to start the week with the team Mid-week brand session for client updates and delivery planning Sessions you set up on your own initiative, leading delivery, mapping the talent market, and driving actions with colleagues 6–8 candidate presentations, with a 75% sent-to-interview rate We believe meetings should be kept to a minimum and always bring value, a next step, and clear actions.
