ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor system performance and behavior, especially during production deployments.




Investigate incidents related to our APIs by analyzing logs in ElasticSearch and checking system configurations.
Perform database queries and validations using T-SQL in SQL Server to support issue analysis and resolution.
NET-based APIs.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban, depending on the team). Experience using tools like ElasticSearch for log analysis.
Familiarity with system configuration troubleshooting.
Knowledge of databases, T-SQL, and SQL Server for query execution and data validation.
Basic experience with C# and . NET environments to assist in debugging API or backend-related issues.
