About the Role
This Sales Assistant / Junior Media Sales Executive role provides direct commercial support to the Barcelona Sales Manager, contributing to the preparation of proposals, commercial materials and the coordination of meetings with clients across key verticals (CPG, distribution, automotive and pharmaceuticals, among others). This support frees up senior sales time for revenue-generating and business development activities in the Barcelona market. The position is remote, based in Barcelona, and is designed as a structured 12-month onboarding path in which the assistant progressively takes on their own client portfolio, with continued growth based on demonstrated performance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide commercial support to the Sales Manager in the preparation of proposals and materials for clients and agencies
Assist in the coordination of meetings, account follow-up, and collaboration with other departments (marketing, content, operations)
Help synthesise and communicate DAZN's competitions and advertising formats clearly to clients
Participate in commercial meetings, with progressively greater involvement in direct client interaction
Gather, organise and analyse data for commercial reports and presentations
Stay up to date with sports news and advertising industry trends relevant to DAZN
Progressively take on ownership of a client portfolio in the Barcelona market




Required Experience & Qualifications
Strong sales orientation, with genuine interest in selling, negotiating and building client relationships
Passion for and knowledge of sport and its major competitions
Strong synthesis and communication skills, with the ability to structure complex information clearly and persuasively
A proactive attitude and autonomy in managing tasks
Fast learning ability and motivation to grow within a demanding commercial environment
A completed or ongoing university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or similar
No prior professional experience required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent Spanish
