Monitoring, Sicav Shares trading.
Treasury, Cash Management: Cash Flow, FXs, Repos, Deposits, Corporate Actions.
Accounting of the Sicavs/Funds, in compliance with local regulations.
Close monitoring of the services provided by the external Administrator of the Collective Investment vehicles, Depositories, brokers and Mutual Fund Platforms.
Regulatory & Tax Reporting related to Sicavs and Mutual Funds, and for Julius Baer Gestion.
Manage GMIS (General Management Information System): Calculation and Control of Revenues, Asset under Management, Net new Money.
Reconciliations (Cash, Holdings, Provisions...). Billing: Calculation, Accrual, Processing, Control.
Tax Reclaim documentation. Delivery, follow up with Tax Authorities & Custodians.

Qualifications:

Knowledge on Spanish regulations related to Accounting, Audit, Regulatory & Tax Reporting for Mutual Funds & Sicavs -both UCITs and Alternative-, Portfolios and other investment vehicles.
Knowledge on all operational aspects related to the investments of the vehicles (trading, execution, settlement, cash management...). High level of English (written & spoken).
