We are hiring a Housekeeping and Quality Manager for Generator Barcelona in the Gracia district.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the team and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry and other assigned areas.
Monitor effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance, ensuring sufficient room stock to meet business demands.
Ensure that the hotel's housekeeping practice and standards are adhered to.
Create and maintain quality standards.
Customer?focused with excellent communication skills.
Excellent team player capable of keeping staff motivated during long and demanding shifts.
Versátil to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
ExperiencePrevious experience as Housekeeping Manager or in a similar role.
Hands?on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organisations.
Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
