We are looking for a Trainee, Front Office to join our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position,



you will support the Front Office team in delivering excellent guest service while gaining hands?on experience, developing your communication and organizational skills, and building a strong foundation in luxury hospitality.
ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively and promptlyMaintain a professional and high?quality service oriented environment at all timesMaintain working relationships and communicate with all departmentsWelcome guests and resolve any possible problem / complaint quickly and courteouslyHave to perform check in, check out dutiesRequirementsVery good command of English, both verbal and written.
