In your everyday role as Patient Manager, you serve as the central point of contact for our international clientele.
Your responsibilities include:Welcoming, checking in, and checking out patients with a warm and professional attitudeCoordinating and managing appointments efficiently across all communication channelsPlanning and scheduling individual treatments as well as comprehensive treatment seriesOverseeing patient communication and organizing medical briefing and consent documentsHandling billing, invoice management, and day-to-day administrative supportMaintaining digital patient files, databases,



and CRM systems accuratelyProviding knowledgeable advice on our skincare products and handling product salesWorking closely in daily collaboration with our doctors and specialized medical staffTo succeed in this multilingual environment, you bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in dermatology and medical aesthetics.

requirements:
Excellent proficiency in German, English, and Spanish (fluency in all three languages is a mandatory requirement)An existing residency on Mallorca, along with a valid NIE and a Spanish social security numberStrong computer literacy and confidence in using modern digital tools and applicationsOutstanding oral and written communication skills to interact comfortably with patients and colleaguesStrong organizational talent, proactive initiative, and a polished, friendly presenceA genuine passion for high-end patient service and an enthusiasm for aesthetic medicineAt mySkin, we work with dedication, high quality standards, and one shared goal: to offer our patients exceptional care, both medically and personally.
