Overview As a Zurich Internal Control Testing Platform Intern, you will support the operation, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Zurich Internal Control Testing technology ecosystem.
You will act as a key point of contact for platform users across the organization, ensuring that reporting solutions, platform functionality, and support processes operate effectively and continue to meet business needs.
Working closely with Zurich Internal Control testing teams, Local Champions, and Development teams, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the platform while ensuring a high standard of user support, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
You will also play an active role in the evolution of Zurich's Agentic AI capabilities by supporting testing, user adoption, requirements gathering, and platform improvements.

As a Zurich Internal Control Testing Platform InternIntern you will have the opportunity to: Support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ZCTA-IQ platform and related ZICTT technology solutions Act as the first point of contact for platform support activities, including ticket triage,



issue resolution, and coordination with development teams Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and alignment with business needs Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training and onboarding, and drive platform adoption and user satisfaction Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the platform, translating business requirements into functional solutions and supporting UAT and release activities Contribute to the prioritization and delivery of platform enhancements, identifying opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and business value Support the evolution of the ZCTA-IQ Agentic AI solution through testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives Identify and promote automation opportunities, operational efficiencies, and best practices for the responsible use of AI Monitor platform performance, reporting effectiveness, and user feedback to drive continuous service improvement Maintain platform documentation, knowledge articles, and support materials to ensure effective knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
