As we scale across the Nordic and Luxembourg entities, we need a Junior Accountant who can keep everyday accounting moving smoothly: supplier invoices, payments, customer invoicing, intercompany reconciliation and routine bookkeeping. The Oracle NetSuite implementation gives us the chance to set up clean, scalable workflows from day one, while the finance function grows with the business. You will help make sure our daily accounting runs accurately, efficiently and ready for growth. You will own the daily transactional accounting rhythm across several entities, keep the sub ledgers accurate and complete, and help create a reliable foundation for monthly close, VAT and audit work.

What You'll Do
Process incoming supplier invoices: registration, coding, approval routing and payment preparation.
Perform intercompany reconciliation across the Nordic and Luxembourg entities and clear differences.
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping: bank reconciliation, employee expense claims and credit card postings.
Maintain supplier and customer master data, including payment and bank details.
Prepare underlying documentation for VAT filings and for audit and advisor requests.
Work to the accounting procedures set by the Accounting Manager and escalating exceptions and disputes.
Support the Oracle NetSuite implementation: testing of accounts payable and receivable workflows, migration of open items and data entry in the new system.
About YouDegree or vocational qualification in accounting, finance or economics.




One to three years in accounts payable, accounts receivable or general bookkeeping, where relevant internships count.
Solid grasp of double-entry bookkeeping and of the invoice-to-payment and invoice-to-cash cycles.
Accuracy and attention to detail at high transaction volumes, and comfortable working in Excel.
Professional English, written and spoken.
Service-minded towards internal budget holders and external counterparts.
Valuable, but not required: experience with Oracle NetSuite, exposure to a multi-entity, multi-currency environment, experience with intercompany reconciliation, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Spanish language skills, exposure to VAT handling in more than one jurisdiction.
What Success Looks LikeWithin the 6 months, transactional accounting for the Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Luxembourg entities runs at the right level. Monthly close starts from reliable subledgers rather than from clean-up, VAT and audit documentation is complete and easy to trace, and accounts payable and receivable workflows run in Oracle NetSuite as designed.
