Working closely with the Global Director of Growth Marketing, you'll own the infrastructure behind our referral and affiliate programs. You won't just be managing a tech stack; you'll be the heartbeat of the Booksy Collective, directly nurturing our core group of providers to bridge the gap between creative content and real-world conversion. You'll be excited by the prospect of architecting viral loops and partnering with social teams to ensure organic advocacy has a frictionless path to a trial start. Extensive experience in advocacy marketing (ideally 5+ years) with a proven track record of building community-led growth. Prior experience within the 'beautiful chaos' of a tech scale-up environment is preferable Technical agility with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier; A collaborative mindset to work across Creative and Social teams, ensuring every organic post is a potential engine for growth. Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an English-speaking team environment.
