Our partner is looking for an EPIC Business Intelligence Developer based in Spain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop impactful business intelligence solutions within a large-scale healthcare environment. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to transform complex healthcare data into meaningful insights that support operational excellence and informed decision-making. Combining expertise in EPIC EMR and modern BI platforms, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of data-driven solutions that enhance healthcare delivery. Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement Business Intelligence solutions for large healthcare systems. Develop, configure, and support data-driven applications leveraging EPIC EMR and industry-standard BI tools. Participate in system design, interface development, implementation, testing, and deployment activities for analytics and reporting solutions. Translate healthcare business needs into scalable technical solutions that improve reporting, operational visibility, and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, business stakeholders, and healthcare professionals, to deliver high-quality BI initiatives. Perform technical and functional application analysis while identifying opportunities to improve data accessibility,



reporting capabilities, and business processes. Support ongoing optimization and maintenance of business intelligence solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and user satisfaction. Hands-on experience with EPIC EMR, including supporting business intelligence or analytics initiatives. Strong experience using Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization tools. Solid understanding of application analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, and data integration processes.
