Our existing Spanish hub supports the US core business across critical areas including loan underwriting, closing, appraisal management, technology, finance, and loan servicing.
Loan sizes vary from $100k to $30M, secured by US single-family properties, multi-family units, mixed-use buildings, and large property portfolios (5+ units). As a Real Estate Analyst (Underwriting),



you will work directly with our loan underwriting team to review and evaluate new lending opportunities.
Financial & Asset Analysis: Analyze borrower repayment capacity, property-level historical operating statements, and third-party reports (real estate appraisals, engineering, environmental, and zoning reports). Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist in other tasks and strategic projects as required.
Candidate Profile:

Education:
Recent undergraduate or Master's degree with a strong academic track record.
Language

Skills:
Fluency in English (professional working proficiency is required). Industry Interest: Deep interest in the real estate sector and knowledge of broader macroeconomic trends.
Excellent analytical skills, including financial modeling, projection, and stress-testing capabilities.
