We are looking for an Attendant, Gym to join our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the daily operation of the fitness and recreational facilities, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
You will assist guests with equipment and facilities, maintain high hygiene standards and contribute to the smooth delivery of fitness and recreational activities.
ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide helpful guidance on fitness equipment and available facilities.
Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and organization of the gym,



locker rooms, pool, jacuzzi and related areas.
Monitor equipment and guest activities, ensuring a safe environment and promptly reporting maintenance concerns.
Ensure the availability of clean towels, water and other guest amenities, while keeping supplies well-stocked.
Assist with fitness classes, children's entertainment and recreational activities, as requiredWork closely with the Recreation team and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Follow Health & Safety procedures, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards, and participate in required training.
RequirementsHigh school diploma.
Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or fitness is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and training principles.
Fluency in English.
Additional languages are an advantage.
First Aid knowledge and previous experience working with children are considered assets.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, guest-oriented approach.
