and continuous improvement of the ZCTA?IQ platform and related ZICTT technology solutionsAct as the first point of contact for platform support activities, including ticket triage, issue resolution, and coordination with development teamsDevelop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and alignment with business needsPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training and onboarding, and drive platform adoption and user satisfactionServe as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the platform, translating business requirements into functional solutions and supporting UAT and release activitiesContribute to the prioritization and delivery of platform enhancements, identifying opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and business valueSupport the evolution of the ZCTA?IQ Agentic AI solution through testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiativesIdentify and promote automation opportunities, operational efficiencies, and best practices for the responsible use of AIMonitor platform performance, reporting effectiveness, and user feedback to drive continuous service improvementMaintain platform documentation, knowledge articles, and support materials to ensure effective knowledge sharing and operational consistency.What Makes You a great Fit?
