- English Live Customer Service Team is looking for an enthusiastic person with a high level of German to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a Junior Customer Success Agent
- DACH marketyou will be responsible for providing customer support and guidance in our online English courses. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Organize and host engaging onboarding webinars to introduce new students to EF English Live’s platform, features, and learning resources.
* Monitor customer payment schedules and ensure timely payments.
* Work proactively with students to identify solutions and prevent cancellations.
* Act as the main point of contact for students, providing support through multiple channels, including video calls, phone, chat, and email.
* Represent the EF English Live brand and deliver on its promise: “Learn English. Finally.”
* Investigate and elevate technical or teacher-related issues to central teams, following up to ensure effective resolution.





Requirements:
* The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
* 1
- 2 years experience in Customer Service minimum.
* An advanced/native level of German.
* A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English
* Customer-focused approach. and target-driven attitude
* Ability to communicate effectively andconcisely to customers.
