The successful candidate will have one to two years of experience in investment banking or M&A; advisory and will support the execution of sell-side and buy-side mandates. Responsibilities include preparing Confidential Information Memoranda and teasers, conducting financial analysis, coordinating buyer outreach, and working closely with clients and senior members of the team.
QualificationsOne to two years of experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory, transaction services or a comparable role.




Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases and research tools is an advantage.
Robust Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, market, and operational data.
Experience conducting Due Diligence, including reviewing financial statements, KPIs, and commercial, legal, and operational information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. xqysrnhAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate effectively in a small, senior-led team.
