Use all company resources to grow and manage the aluminum surface treatment business in Spain & Portugal for the Light Metal Solutions team. Will provide front line sales, technical support, and product training to customers. Assisting with sales cycle and customer approvals at the OEM level for anodize and conversion coating approvals/installations. Takes responsibility of accounts in Portugal & Spain, Collaborate with Portuguese speaking countries such as African ones providing support there in case of need. Apart from the responsible region, will support the activities in companies having multiple branches in other regions. Determines and defines programs, including financial estimates, market analyses and risk analyses for forecast and budget purposes. Works closely with RnD to develop to translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions. functional team, also supports existing sales teams technically and commercially in various regions within Europe. Adheres to plant and corporate safety policies. Provides professional support of employees. Bachelor's degree: Engineering degree, at minimum bachelor's in chemicals, Mechanics, Electronics, Material Science or equivalent. Ability to read,



analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Spanish and English are required. Portuguese will be a plus. Self?motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
