Position Title: RunnerLocation: Marbella, SpainJob Type: Full-time, SeasonalPosition OverviewThe Runner is a vital part of the service flow, ensuring a seamless connection between the kitchen, the service team, and our guests.
With speed, precision, and a service-minded attitude, you'll deliver food and beverages to the correct destinations while helping maintain the rhythm and efficiency of the guest experience.
You're a key behind-the-scenes player—organized, proactive, and focused on the finer details.
You collaborate closely with the waitstaff, kitchen, and hostess teams to ensure dishes are delivered promptly, correctly, and with care.
Though your interaction with guests may be limited, your presence and professionalism directly impact their satisfaction.
You'll also serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the energy and lifestyle of the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group and supporting your team in creating memorable, elevated moments.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the appropriate tables, beds, or cabanas quickly and accuratelyHandle dishes, trays, and serviceware with care, elegance, and precision in line with brand standardsCollaborate with Chefs de Rang, kitchen staff, and hostesses to ensure seamless service flowDouble-check plating, garnishes, sides, and temperatures to confirm order accuracy before deliveryAssist with resetting tables, refilling water, clearing dishes, and other guest service tasks as neededMaintain a constant presence in service areas, proactively supporting floor team membersKeep service stations and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and well-stockedFollow all opening, service,



and closing procedures for your assigned sectionUphold all hygiene, safety, and food handling protocolsCommunicate any service delays or issues to supervisors immediatelyMaintain high standards of grooming, uniform, and professional behavior at all timesParticipate in pre-shift briefings and stay informed of daily specials, events, and service updatesHelp foster team spirit by contributing to a supportive and positive work environmentRepresent the brand with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detailRequired Qualifications and CompetenciesPrevious experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to remain calm, efficient, and friendly under pressureEnergetic, team-oriented, and proactive approach to servicePassion for hospitality and delivering excellence in every taskBasic understanding of food and beverage presentationFluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish or German are a plusFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and eveningsBenefitsShared tips & service chargeDaily staff meals provided on-siteOpportunity to work with an international hospitality brand
