Job Summary: As an Influencer & Talent Agent, you'll exclusively represent a roster of talent provided by Clicks Talent, proactively securing brand deals and maximizing earning potential for our influencers.
Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise, you'll cultivate strong relationships, negotiate lucrative contracts, and strategically grow influencer careers.
What You'll Do: Talent Representation: Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.
Brand Partnerships:



Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels, creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.
Relationship Building: Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.
Strategic Growth: Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue growth.
Autonomous & Flexible Work: Work independently in a fully remote, adaptable environment, driving your own success.
You'll Thrive if You: ? Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles.
? Understand platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
? Excel at relationship-building and possess strong negotiation skills.
? Are proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
? Combine hustle and patience—able to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships.
