If you're fluent in Dutch, enjoy helping people and are looking for a stable career opportunity in Spain, we'd love to hear from you Your roleAs a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly and professional voice of Specsavers, helping customers across different channels. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in Dutch.
Supporting customers via Live Chat and email.
Helping customers with questions about online orders, payments, products and promotions.
Making customer satisfaction your number one priority and looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
Following established procedures and processes while delivering a high-quality service.
Working towards and achieving your individual and team performance targets.
With time and training, you may also have the opportunity to support customers through Social Media.
What we're looking forWe don't expect you to be perfect but with fully paid training to help you.
Speaks and writes Dutch fluently.
Has a good level of English, as training and internal communication are delivered in English.
Is comfortable using computers, CRM systems and working across multiple systems at the same time.
Is proactive, curious and eager to learn about Specsavers' products, services and processes.
