We Are Looking ForA professional responsible for the day-to-day operation of the composite manufacturing workshop and testing laboratory, providing support to both R&D; projects and industrial development activities for customers. The selected candidate will participate in the manufacturing of demonstrators, process validation, test preparation, and the operational maintenance of the facilities.
Main ResponsibilitiesManufacturing composite parts and demonstrators using wet manufacturing processes, especially thermoset resin infusion.
Providing technical support to R&D; projects through the execution of material and process tests.
Supporting industrial projects by carrying out manufacturing, inspection, and quality control activities.
Participating in the implementation and validation of new equipment and production processes.
Managing inventories of materials and consumables.




Preparing manufacturing records, test reports, and basic technical documentation.
Ability to independently define and execute wet manufacturing processes.
Manufacturing of simple tooling for development and prototyping activities.
Performing basic repairs on composite parts: structural bonding, insert installation, assembly of fasteners and hardware.
Manual machining operations: cutting, drilling, trimming, fitting and finishing.
Inventory control and procurement requirements management.
Basic industrial waste management.
Experience with other composite manufacturing processes: 3-axis CNC programming and operation (CAM). Design and manufacture of moulds using additive manufacturing technologies.
Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DfM). Basic CAD knowledge.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to quality and detail.
Manual skills for assembly and manufacturing activities.
Sufficient level of English to understand technical documentation and communicate in professional environments.
Proficient use of office software for the preparation of records and reports.
