Experteer Overview In this role you will design, deploy, and continuously evolve secure private cloud platforms for critical railway signaling solutions.
You will work within a cross-functional team to support projects that impact passenger safety and operational reliability.
You'll modernize legacy Java/Linux apps toward containerized architectures and drive automation, observability, and security across on-premises platforms.
This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a general, innovation-driven mobility group.

- Design, deploy, and evolve secure, scalable private cloud platforms for railway solutions (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
- Configure and deploy Siemens products (PostgreSQL, JBoss, ActiveMQ Artemis) to match project needs
- Install and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes environments (core resources, services, ingress, operators)
- Modernize traditional Java/Linux apps toward containerization and microservices
- Administer VMware vSphere, OpenShift Virtualisation, and HPE infrastructure
- Develop automation and IaC with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Tekton
- Implement platform observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Apply cloud-native security practices (RBAC, secrets, hardening, policies)




- Optimize capacity, performance, availability, and resource use across physical/virtual/container environments
- Diagnose and resolve issues across infrastructure, platform, middleware, DB, and applications
- Collaborate with development, cybersecurity, and operations teams to enable project delivery
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and best practices
- Evaluate emerging technologies to evolve, automate, and standardize the platformResponsabilidades
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on Kubernetes and OpenShift expertise (deployment, admin, scale, troubleshooting)
- Advanced Linux administration (Red Hat preferred) and Bash scripting
- Practical knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with virtualization tech (VMware vSphere, OpenShift Virtualization)
