Seguimiento de Proyectos: Creación y mantenimiento de ficheros/dashboards de seguimiento en Google Sheets para velar por el cumplimiento de los compromisos adoptados por el equipo directivo. Gestión y filtrado de comunicaciones confidenciales, correspondencia e informes en español e inglés. Apoyo puntual en la preparación de presentaciones sobre un contenido específico, usando las plantillas corporativas Apoyo puntual en la preparación de eventos corporativo, junto con Marketing Reserva de vuelos, trenes, hoteles y traslados para los miembros del Comité, garantizando el cumplimiento de la política de viajes de la empresa. Experiencia:
3 a 5 años en puestos de soporte a alta dirección (CEO/Director General) en entornos multinacionales. Idiomas: Inglés fluido (C1-C2) indispensable para la interlocución con filiales internacionales, proveedores globales y redacción de documentos. Ecosistema Digital: Dominio avanzado de Google Workspace y manejo habitual de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (Gemini o similar)
