This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth daily operation of the branch warehouse.
You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching stock accurately, while helping to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace. **Support the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
* Provide friendly customer service via phone and email, assisting with product, pricing, order, stock and delivery enquiries.
* Complete general warehouse duties as required to maintain an organized and safe work area.
* Safely operate forklifts to load and unload deliveries as required.
* Previous warehouse and/or customer service experience.
* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
* Reliable transport to and from the workplace.
* A current forklift license is **highly regarded. **




* Willingness to participate in ongoing training and learn new skills.
* Sound mechanical aptitude and an interest in industrial products **are highly regarded. **
