As a BDR, you will play a critical role in our B2B sales process by spearheading outreach to public companies within your geographic territory. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our equity compensation management platform and schedule meetings with decision makers, our local Field Sales Representative, and yourself.




Schedule and attend virtual meetings with potential clients alongside the Field Sales Representative.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and meetings within our CRM system.
- Leverage networking tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
- Book 4 qualified meetings per month via outreach including, phone, networking, and electronic communications. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and
