What you will do: Proactively improve the services we provide while ensuring effective communication with stakeholdersBuild and maintain scalable, reliable, and highly available infrastructure and services, leveraging our internal productsProvide feedback and contribute to enhancing our internal productsGuide and support developers with application deployment, connectivity, and troubleshootingConduct performance analysis and capacity planning for optimal resource utilizationEngage in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviewsWhat you bring & who you are: 5+ years of experience on medium to large IT infrastructure projects, including hands-on experience with Azure CloudExperience with hybrid cloud architectures and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AKS)Strong expertise in configuring Azure services with Terraform, including cloud-native and hybrid network topologies (VPN, Cloudflare)Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps or GitHub) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)Solid grounding in SRE principles, observability, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack, or OpenTelemetryAdvanced English (C1); good Spanish is an advantageIndustry certifications (Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes) are a plus,
