You'll mentor a diverse design team across multiple cities, shape a security design system, and ensure cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering.

- Strong communicator who collaborates with executive and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated AI fluency in design practice or leading teams through AI-driven work
