* Own end-to-end deployments for large hospital and care organizations, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment
* Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support commercial efforts in Spain
* Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT, and internal teams to keep deployments moving
* Prepare and support teams through training and go-live, including regular on-site work across Spain
* Drive adoption after go-live and work with clinical champions to identify and address barriers
* Identify and resolve issues, bringing together the right people when support is needed
* Work with internal specialists such as MedOps and TechOps, driving the project and remaining accountable for the overall outcome
* Improve implementation processes,

* At least 2 years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, technology, healthcare operations, a start-up or scale-up, or project/programme management
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication
* Strong bias towards action and ownership
* Ability to work independently and structure ambiguous problems
* Professional fluency in Spanish
