Are bilingual or proficient in French with an advanced level of Spanish and English A strong interest in the technical field, along with a commitment to remain in the project for at least two years, is highly valued. You are customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a solid commercial mindset. A business-oriented approach will support more effective engagement with clients and stakeholders. Education in business or commercial fields, as well as prior experience in a contact centre environment, will support your development in this role, although these are not mandatory requirements.
