Excellent knowledge of SAP software. Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Holding a valid work permit in Spain Managing the accounts of related construction projects in accordance with Spanish PGC (Plan General Contable) to ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards Working closely with external advisors (fellow accountants, tax experts and payroll specialists)



Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders. Analyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget. Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes. Preparing cost analyses by interpreting projects' financial data and information. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers and doing regular reconciliations Performing regular reconciliations of all vendor and GL accounts A key role in innovative construction projects #
