Requirements of the Role

What you'll bring to the team

- Takes ownership of delivery, setting clear targets, monitoring progress, adapting plans, and motivating squads to achieve outcomes
- Demonstrates strong business awareness, considering cost, operational impact, and long-term implications of decisions
- Guides and develops teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture
- Builds positive and constructive relationships across teams and stakeholders, communicating clearly and influencing effectively
- Extensive experience delivering in high-transaction, technology-driven environments using agile methodologies
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple squads, manage dependencies, and align delivery across Missions
- Familiarity with cloud and commerce technologies such as AWS, APIs, mobile platforms, and analytics,



with the ability to engage in technical discussions
- Practical and innovative problem-solving skills, applying structured approaches to overcome challenges
