What You’ll Do

- Design the Growth Playbook: Build and execute the full-funnel growth roadmap — acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.

- Own Demand Generation: Scale paid channels (search, social, display), SEO, content, and partnerships to drive traffic + conversions.

- Go Big on PLG: Partner with Product to craft self-serve onboarding flows, viral referral loops, and in-app upsell journeys.

- Get Analytical: Track CAC, LTV, MRR, funnels;
run A/B tests;
experiment relentlessly to find the levers that matter.

- Build & Lead the Team: Hire and mentor growth marketers, paid media experts, content pros, and partnership managers as we scale.

- Proven track record driving demand gen + PLG pipelines from mid-market to enterprise.

- Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid media, content, partnerships, and growth analytics.
