About the Position

Join an international customer service team supporting well-known brands in the fashion industry. In this role, you will assist Finnish-speaking customers and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries received by phone, email, chat, voicemail, and other communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or escalate cases when necessary.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems.
- Ensure timely responses and resolutions in line with service standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and customer support procedures.
- Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow project processes, procedures, and administrative requirements.

Requirements





- Fluent or bilingual proficiency in Finnish.
- Advanced level of English or Spanish.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of customer inquiries.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a rotating schedule.
