RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :

Key responsibilities

- - Designed and developed data pipelines to integrate multiple customer touchpoints. - Established data governance and data quality processes.

- - Enabled accurate, reliable and actionable customer insights.

- - Supported product teams in requirements gathering and definition.

- - Aligned CDP capabilities with business objectives.

- - Enabled customer engagement and loyalty campaign use cases.

- - Supported personalized merchandising initiatives at store level.

- - Collaborated with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, Product and Retail Operations. - Ensured successful adoption and scalability of the platform.

- - International project environment.

- - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.

- - End-to-end product lifecycle involvement across Customer, Loyalty and In-Store Micromerchandising domains.

Technical skills

- - Requirements Analysis - Expert - Mandatory.

- - Data Analysis - Competent - Important.

Languages

- - English - Professional level - Mandatory. - French (Written) - Desired.

- - Led the onboarding of a Customer Data Platform (CDP).

- - Designed and implemented data ingestion and integration flows.

- - Ensured a unified and consistent view of customer information across multiple sources. - Managed activities across the full product development lifecycle.

- - Covered Customer, Loyalty and In-Store Micromerchandising domains.
