We are looking for an IT Systems & Identity Administrator.

We are looking for a highly autonomousIT Systems & Identity Administratorto take ownership of our internal corporate infrastructure, digital identity, and networking. You will be the operational backbone ensuring that our internal Software Engineering and Bioinformatics teams can focus purely on our clinical applications without being slowed down by corporate IT roadblocks.
Configure and govern Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Single Sign-On (SSO) to guarantee unified and secure access across our heavily fragmented ecosystem of third-party and in-house platforms.
Standardize our hardware fleet via MDM (Microsoft Intune), unifying the three different legacy configurations currently coexisting across the company into a single, secure institutional standard.
Take full internal control of our corporate networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPNs), which is currently managed centrally by the parent group.
Provide direct operational backup to our Helpdesk members.



Transitionally administer and maintain legacy physical on-premise servers and hardware, planning their eventual migration to the cloud.
Languages:Fluent in both Spanish and English (C1 level minimum). Technical Stack:Advanced administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (formerly Active Directory), and Intune.
Solid understanding of corporate networking (switches, routing, firewalls, and secure VPN connectivity). Previous exposure to AWS cloud environments and agile tools (Jira, Confluence) is highly valued.
You understand that we operate in a critical clinical environment where a system failure or network downtime directly stops the laboratory operations. You believe in transparent documentation, knowledge sharing, and working closely with our Software Engineering and Helpdesk teams to accelerate their work, rather than operating in silos or gatekeeping systems.
You design pragmatic solutions that directly empower our clinical operations and support the executive team's fast-paced growth goals, understanding that IT is a core driver for the company's success.
