What We're Building Our goal is to become the leading AI-native Financial Operating System for accounting firms and SMEs in Southern Europe, unifying accounting, tax, payments, planning, and banking into a single agentic platform. As a Tech Lead at Kabilio, you will play a key role in shaping how we build and scale our product. You'll work closely with working closely with Ivan, CTO, Jorge, Karel, Raul, Dani and Arnau, Tech Leads, as well as with a cross-functional team of devs and Product and a small,



high-impact engineering team, combining hands?quality software at speed. Be accountable for the technical quality and long?quality, maintainable code across the stack, with a strong focus on system design and critical backend components.
