Job Responsibilities Reviewing, drafting and negotiating sales contracts and related documents, including order forms, amendments, renewals and customer terms, in line with Elsevier templates, fallback positions, policies, and approval requirements. Supporting Legal and Sales by identifying non-standard terms, missing protections, approval requirements and other contracting risks clearly and early. Applying sound judgment to routine and moderately complex contracting issues, balancing risk with commercial needs and proposing practical ways forward. Managing contract matters proactively from intake through execution, including tracking status, blockers, approvals and next steps. Working closely with Sales, Legal,
