Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver hands-on IT desktop support for the Europe team, covering hardware, OS, software, and applications.
You will partner with integral IT groups to ensure seamless service delivery while balancing day-to-day tasks with improvement initiatives.
Based in Madrid, you will help build reliable, user-friendly IT infrastructure for a fast-growing solar technology company.
You will tackle technical challenges, from device deployment to AV and access management, shaping a robust local IT environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Provide end-to-end desktop hardware lifecycle support (purchase, configuration, maintenance, upgrades)
- Troubleshoot and configure Wi-Fi, Office 365, Box.
Com, Okta; deploy laptops/desktopsin a domain environment
- Manage inventory, asset tagging, AD account creation, and password resets
- Support AV systems (Zoom) and executive-facing hardware; printer/workstation maintenance
- Maintain and update ticketing, ensure timely resolution,



and enforce processes
- Contribute to problem analysis, resolve known errors, and provide client feedback
- Update databases for accuracy and execute scheduled change tasks
- Act as a proactive IT advisor and local point of contact for IT needsResponsabilidades
- Based in Madrid, Spain
- Proficient English and Spanish
- 3+ years of IT desktop support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking, AD
- Experience as regional IT support lead/point of contact
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with scripting or programming (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) and automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, APIs)
- Interest or hands-on experience with AI tools in business environments
