As part of our next stage of growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant or Partner who can help us expand into sectors where we see significant potential, particularly Professional & Business Services, Technology & IT, Construction & Infrastructure, Consumer & Services , as well as other complementary industries.
Objective of the Position Develop new business and build a sustainable client portfolio,



combining business development, senior client advisory and the execution of Board and Executive Search assignments .
The successful candidate will be able to develop his/her own sector or area of expertise while leveraging Stanton Chase Spain's existing capabilities and the firm's international Industry and Functional Practice Groups .
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a strong portfolio of senior-level clients.
Generate new business and identify opportunities in sectors with growth potential.
Build relationships with Board Members, CEOs, shareholders, investors and senior HR executives .
Originate and lead Board, CEO, General Management, Country Management and senior functional searches .
