Position SummaryFMC Agricultural Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the Rioja, Navarra and Aragón regions in Spain. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for executing the regional sales strategy, developing strong customer and distributor relationships, and driving sustainable business growth. Develop and execute the annual sales plan for the assigned territoryBuild,



manage and motivate a network of strategic distributors and key customersAnalyze market trends and identify opportunities to promote FMC productsMaintain strong relationships with growers, distributors and stakeholdersSupport credit assessment processes and monitor distributor performanceEnsure timely follow-up on orders, collections and commercial agreementsProvide regular market feedback and competitor insightsRepresent FMC in customer meetings, field visits and regional eventsMandatory

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related fieldProven experience in sales, preferably within the crop protection or agrochemical sectorStrong knowledge of the agricultural market and farming practices in SpainExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage a defined geographic territoryStrong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-throughValid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the regionProficiency in Spanish, English language is an advantage #
