Experteer Overview In this APAC-focused role, you will manage end-to-end finance operations and act as a strategic link between regional commercial activity and global FinOps. You'll oversee APAC AR/AP, billing, and month-end close while ensuring compliance and solid controls. You will stay closely connected with clients, sales, AdOps, and regional offices to reflect delivery in billing and contracts. You'll contribute to APAC growth by providing visibility into risks, opportunities, and client activity, helping scale finance operations across Singapore, Korea, China, and the Philippines.

- Manage end-to-end APAC accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinate billing and collections for APAC clients through the Singapore entity
- Support month-end close activities (accruals, expense reporting, reconciliations)
- Liaise with general FinOps to ensure compliance with controls and reporting standards
- Assist with audit requests and provide necessary documentation
- Monitor client payment status and escalate overdue balances with the sales team
- Embed operational finance presence across APAC and maintain understanding of client relationships and deal structures
- Build strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and regional offices to stay informed on business developments




- Serve as a trusted point of contact for the FinOps Manager and VP Finance, sharing regional visibility on activity, risks, and opportunities
- Support onboarding of new clients from a finance/documentation perspective (contracts, POs, credit terms, vendor setup)
- Coordinate with sales and AdOps to ensure billing data aligns with delivery and contractual commitments
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support VP APAC and regional officesResponsabilidades
- 5-10 years of experience in finance operations, accounts receivable/payable, or financial administration in tech/media/advertising
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in or with APAC markets is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting/ERP software (e.
G., NetSuite) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proactive, curious mindset with ability to build cross-functional relationships across regions
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across sales, AdOps, and finance teams across time zones
- Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive financial and client information
