Lead and scale our design system across the companyDefine the technical architecture, tooling, documentation, governance, and implementation plan. Help us rethink how design systems operate in anAI-native product development flowDesign and implement AI SkillsBuild tools and plugins that connectFigma ? code ? AI-driven workflowsDevelop and maintain evaluation frameworks (Evals)Partner with design, frontend, and product to ensurepixel-perfect execution at scale.
Share knowledge and raise the barMentor peers, document learnings, and contribute to Factorial's AI engineering best practices.
