As a Fraud Activity Agent on our team, you will:Fraud Investigation & VerificationInitiate investigations on suspicious fraud cases using internal tools and defined macros.
Collect and meticulously verify all necessary documentation from customers to confirm or infirm fraud.
Manage cases within defined pending periods, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
De-escalate tickets to Level 1 if client documentation is not received after 14 days, following established procedures.
Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Are proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in EnglishStrong interpersonal skills including active listening, empathy, and adaptabilityAdvanced customer service and conflict resolution abilitiesSkilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex,



non-standard issuesProvides clear root-cause analysis and insightsProficient with extended tools and operational systems (e.g., CRM, parcel tracking)Technically proficient in OS-level topics (iOS, Android, Windows)Proactively identifies and leads improvement initiativesSupports efficiency and optimization of service-level agreements (SLAs)Has access to and effectively uses extended toolsPossesses deep knowledge of internal processes and workflowsDon't meet every requirement?
