Key ResponsabilitiesThe Senior Engineer I, Services, E2E Solution Business Analyst is ensuring the convergence of country IT landscape towards target E2E solution, also ensuring the feedback loop from countries towards capabilities / platforms / interfaces. Services Transformation Program portfolio is expected to accelerate to more than 50+ active projects per year – typically 10 to 20 per geography – requiring a high level of anticipation, coordination and preparation. Support country deployments – E2E Solution expertise role
- In close relationship with the Digital Deployment Leader (also reporting to Services Digital Transformation Program Director), support as-is assessment / gap analysis – between the current country IT/process landscape and the target one, and identify / work on gap resolution actions.
- Support Digital troubleshooting to identify root cause and support issue resolution pathway (if needed, leverage Digital Capabilities / DTC teams) 1. Be the bridge between country requests and digital build – E2E Solution coordination role
- Funnel enhancement requests to Line of Business / Digital capabilities
- Provide feedback loop to country projects on enhancements delivery (what / when), linked to country requests 1. Contribute to digital build roadmap & governance – E2E Solution Build support role

Qualifications:
- Business or Engineering Degree.
- 5+ years in Digital delivery and/or Program/Project Management.
- Strong foundations on ERP technologies (SAP & Oracle) and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of CPQ and Service Execution platforms (esp Oracle, Salesforce).
- Business Analyst experience preferred.
- Proven successful experience and track record in large scale business / digital transformation.
- Knowledge of Services Business and/or Digital Customer Relationship and/or UNIFY transformations is a strong plus Technical Stack/Knowledge: Requirements
- Strong end?to?end functional expertise across core Services digital platforms:
- Oracle CPQ4S – quoting, pricing logic, and configuration principles
- bFS (ServiceMax on Salesforce) – service lifecycle and execution flows
- SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) – master data, contracts, billing, and financial correctness
- Demonstrated experience designing and validating End?to?End service processes, from quotation through execution and billing
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows, including separation of master and transactional data
- Experience with requirements management and solution design tools, such as:
- Backlog and requirement tracking tools (e.
